Welcome to Libri! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Libri mobile application ("App") operated by The Blank State Team ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Libri, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

2. Description of Service

Libri is a book discovery and reading application that provides:

• Access to book metadata from Open Library
• Free eBook downloads from Project Gutenberg
• Personal library management features
• Reading progress tracking
• User account and preference management

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining account security and keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Acceptable Use

You may browse, search, and download public domain books. You may not use the App for any illegal purpose, attempt to circumvent security measures, or violate intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The App design, code, and branding are owned by The Blank State Team. Content from Open Library and Project Gutenberg is subject to their respective licenses.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google Services (Firebase), Open Library, and Project Gutenberg. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability or terms changes.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee accuracy of book metadata or continuous service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
